I’ve recently established the lofty goal of training for my first triathlon. On this page I plan to chronicle my progress and provide tips and notes that may be of use for other beginners.
- Week 1
- September 2nd, 2008: Swam for 35 minutes
- September 3rd, 2008: Ran for 30 minutes
- September 6, 2008: Biked for 60 minutes & Strength Trained for 20 minutes
- Week 2
- Went to NYC for business so no suitable workout options except walking to the office (about 2 miles roundtrip)
- Week 3
- September 15th, 2008: Swam for 47 minutes
- September 17th, 2008: Ran for 45 minutes
- September 20th, 2008: Hiked for 3 hours
- Week 4
- September 23rd, 2008: Biked for 60 minutes
